Call Seattle City Light to transfer account to Unit #606
Question: If our electric is covered by the HOA, why do we need to transfer our current 4012 account to the condo?
Answer: The HOA pays for 4 things: Hot water, sewer, garbage, cable — which means we do need to transfer our 4012 account.
5/8 — Irene called and got things resolved except for the billing.
5/8 Irene's notes — Seattle City Light (206-684-3000): Autopay will be discontinued. DO NOT pay any move bills. Will receive 3 communications: (1) Closing bills for SCL & Seattle Utilities, (2) Statement showing balance or credit, (3) SCL will auto-send a refund check. Seattle Utilities refund requires a call to request the check. Manually pay last 4012 bills and first 100 Ward bill, then set up autopay. ✓ New SCL account for 100 Ward is set up. To remove 4012 later: Account Overview → Account Options → Remove.

Call Kim Ward at HUB International: (800) 598-1030 or kimberly.ward@hubinternational.com — they issue the HOA's COI and know exactly what compliant HO-6 policies look like.
4/28 — Told State Farm to proceed with $50K of loss assessment coverage. We will come back to the issue of $100K for loss assessment coverage after we get settled.
