On February 4, 2025, CEO Brett Adcock revealed that the company has made a major breakthrough in fully end-to-end robot AI, developed entirely in-house. Consequently, Figure AI has decided to end its collaboration with OpenAI to focus on this proprietary technology. Adcock stated that within the next 30 days, the company plans to showcase "something no one has ever seen on a humanoid." On Thursday, Adcock said Figure signed its newest customer that he called “one of the biggest U.S. companies,” but did not identify the company.

To develop preliminary test cases, Chat provided Marker data for two companies; Anduril and Moderna.

On Friday, unicorn badges were added to the Unicorn home page with Moderna and IQVIA as "AI Titans"; Anduril, Anthropic and OpenAI as "Unicorns" and Nanox as a potential unicorn. From the home page, click a badge to see unicorn details then use Nav buttons to cycle through details for all unicorns.This initial round evaluated 6 companies. Next Steps: run the model for the other 40 companies which are part of the initial cadre.
